Kitchen notes

Timing guide:
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 3–6 minutes per batch

Practical Woman's Secret
Keep the Parmesan in small, centered portions so it stays on the pepperoni. The chips become firmer as they cool, so avoid overcooking while waiting for them to feel completely crisp.

Serving and Storage
Serve on their own or with fresh vegetables.
Refrigerate cooled leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Re-crisp briefly in the air fryer, then let cool before serving.
