Ingredients
- 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat a 5–6-quart air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Pat the shrimp thoroughly dry with paper towels and transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and minced garlic. Toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the shrimp and gently toss until the cheese is distributed throughout.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between pieces. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry at 360°F for 8–10 minutes, turning the shrimp halfway through. Begin checking early to avoid overcooking.
- Remove when the shrimp are opaque, lightly golden, and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Kitchen notes
Dry the shrimp thoroughly before seasoning so the Parmesan coating adheres better. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to help the shrimp cook evenly.
