- 8
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup buffalo hot sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
Method
- Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream or Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl.
- Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth, creamy, and free of lumps.
- Add the buffalo hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until evenly combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar and crumbled blue cheese, distributing both throughout the dip.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Keep chilled when not serving.
Kitchen notes
Let the cream cheese soften before mixing to prevent lumps. For a thicker dip that clings beautifully to vegetable sticks, refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving.
